Hi... heh^^;

I just finished a journal header and am baffled by how the heck CSS works...I /am/ getting very much appreciated help, but if anyone one out there knows how to set up a custom made journal would you give me a shout- if not as a comment but a note? When it comes to Tutorials I'm helpless...alwasy have been with instuctions >.< - I'm really excited that I managed to resize my picture just right but I have no idea how I'm going to get it up lol.
help would be nice!
